Before focusing on film, Mike was a prolific sci-fi illustrator. His work appeared in numerous RPG books and magazines for games including Battletech, Shadowrun, Cyberpunk, Traveller, and the Star Wars roleplaying game. He was a storyboard artist on MTV's AEON FLUX, and a concept artist for season III of REBOOT.
